I shifted my house last week , few things I have to change 1.TV DISH Connection I got a good feed back for Tata Sky , so decided to go for it , SOUTH Starter Pack , Thursday 23 Oct 08 MY wife called customer service around 9.30PM , gave the order and paid through mobile . Few click of number in the mobile the Order is made !! Saturday 25 Oct 2008 Courier boy came at noon and delivered the Hardware device .We called the customer care and gave the hardware Number .Got a reply local representative will call . With In 5 min we received a call from the branch office and they told technician will come at 5.30Pm . After that we received a confirmation by SMS with technician person mobile . He came on time and fix the receiver with in a Hr time .Every thing was fixed All It take was 3 Days time !! 2.Internet Connection My budget was 500 Rs per month , so did some search in google , there is a good offer from Tata 1499 Golden Plan , 4 Month No rental + HP Color Printer Free . I was going to shift my house this week end , did some check in Google and with friends for Packers and Movers .My wife colleague gave a ref , we checked with him and he came to our house and gave a quotation for Rs4500 . We checked with another Person, gave a quotation for Rs 4700 . My wife Colleague said they have checked with more people while shifting the house and this guy 4500 is giving a reasonable Price and his work is also good. So we decided to go with the guy who quoted for Rs 4500. After few days back the Guy who Quoted 4700 called and said he can do the work for Rs 4000 !!! But its too late. If he gave a right Quotation on the right time then he might have won the deal. Missed the opportunity Don’t forget the below points 1.Be honest with your Price, Give the best price to your customer. We have planned to shift our house from Koramangala to JP Nagar by this month end . Koramangala is really a superb place to live . Its very clean , good park , lots of trees , you can reach any place in Bangalore easily from here and   of course its costly .   A single bed room will cost you more than Rs 7,000 and double bed room more than Rs 12,000. You can get more peace in this place .A perfect place to live .   Quite a long time we are living there , knowingly or unknowingly the place where we live will become part of our life . I feel a silent sad feeling inside me !!   Always I believe   Life is a journey more to experience ,so we have to move on ....

O n 9 th Oct 2008  Morning I was on my way to shopping to buy some fish , I saw few Auto ( rickshaw )   driver was having a hard conversation with 2 Russian woman . I crossed them then some thing stopped me . Went back and asked the auto driver what happen , he told nothing you can go from here , now I know then some thing is there .  Then , I asked the Russian woman what happen . She said the below conversation  Russian Woman – I have 1 UDS and 20 INR , Can you take me to Oasis mall in ,Koramangala ( is the place she want   to   go )  Auto Driver – Yes I can take you  Now the problem is the Auto Driver is not accepting the 1 US Dollar   and he need more money 120 INR .Russian woman only have 20 INR. She is here in the   mall to   exchange her currency . Sadly its local holiday shop closed .  Russian woman told me that the driver is not accepting what he has agreed before , I told her he has not understand what u have spoke to him earlier . In TamilNadu   in a day Except Chennai all the place faces  power cut for around 7 hr . That is 1/3 of a day is in stone age with out power . People from all walks of life get affected from this .     What Government can do   1.Work with professionals , and plan to generate POWER from different sources . 2. I have seen many company use to closed all there windows and 24x7 lights will be ON !! WHY not use natural light . Save energy as much as possible . 3.Give subsidiary for people who use solar energy , government can give loan @ less interest for buying solar equipment    In this hi-tech world if we say no electricity then the world will laugh at us Its all a team work government , people all has to work together .Stop blaming and Start to plan for the future   Failing to Plan is like Planning to fail !!

L ast year 5 Oct   I was there in Indonesia with my colleague   Ashok . It’s the last day for our official trip .When ever I call Ashok   in his mobile he use to ask “ Pa allwyn how are you “. Pa in Indonesian language means Mr.  We both faced a tough time there . sleep less night , less support from the off shore team , really ……..its hard . Every day we faced problem in implementation .  During the hard time   I remember Dr.Abdul Kalam Words “When every you do a project you will face problem , the challenge is how you are over coming that “  Looking back after one year , only one thing is remaining with me now the   Experience  which I gained there !!
