Don’t Forget Customer is also a Powerful Marketing Tool

I was going to shift my house this week end , did some check in Google and with friends for Packers and Movers .My wife colleague gave a ref , we checked with him and he came to our house and gave a quotation for Rs4500 .

We checked with another Person, gave a quotation for Rs 4700 . My wife Colleague said they have checked with more people while shifting the house and this guy 4500 is giving a reasonable Price and his work is also good. So we decided to go with the guy who quoted for Rs 4500.

After few days back the Guy who Quoted 4700 called and said he can do the work for Rs 4000 !!! But its too late. If he gave a right Quotation on the right time then he might have won the deal. Missed the opportunity

Don’t forget the below points

1.Be honest with your Price, Give the best price to your customer. Cheating your customer is like cheating yourself.
2.Give the best Quality to you customer and try to improve your quality every day.
3.Make your first customer to be your life long customer.

Business is all about relationship with customer, don’t forget customer is also one of your power marketing tool.
