rambling THOUGHTS in a DAY!!
Out side home weather is around 20 °C , the road is wet ,might be raining the whole night .Saw one bus is approaching the bus stop started to run but missed the target .I was thinking did I ran slowly ??Yes, my fitness level is not low but very low now.
Got a cab and jumped in .I need to tell about the Cab pickup in Bangalore .This are all Call centre pick up/drop cabs .When they are off they will give you a lift .You need to pay little more than the bus fair .They are the unofficial carriers for early and late commuters like me in the city !!
Reached railway station 10 min early, walked straight to the news paper shop, asked for HINDU News paper .Shop keeper checked and replied back HINDU got over!! so my next choice is DNA news paper and bought one more Tamil news paper .By reading the headline walked towards the Coffee shop I should not call this as a coffee shop as they do not sell coffee there, only milk .A cup of hot milk is 7 Rs. Combination of News Paper, Hot milk & the weather, it is perfect. I was thinking to my self what a wonderful World!!
Train arrived on Time, people was rushing and pushing to get into the train as usual. Darvin theory Survival of the fittest once again got proved!! Who got more power and strength can get into the train first .I always think if I miss the train life is not going to end, so why to rush .A woman around 50+ already occupy my reserved seat ,normally I used to expect this .I politely inform her this is my seat .Her face showed me she got confused now, she checked her ticket once again and left the place .By this time the train crossed 2 KM!!
Another 2.5 hr to go , this train use to cross 3 states .Karnataka , Andhra Pradesh & Tamil Nadu
I opened the new paper .The guy who was sitting next to me was trying to read the news what I’m reading .I do not like this, it's like someone putting their hands on you pocket.So gave the additional column 3 page extra news sheets to him let him get lost.Why can’t people buy a news paper it’s only 2Rs!!
Already crossed two railway stations I’m in Jolarpet , it’s 9 Am .Train is running late for 30 min .I felt something is wrong out side .Asked the Coffee boy Any thing is wrong ??!! he said one goods train got derailed on the next stop , it will take another hour to clear the route .With in a hour nothing is going to happen .I made a small calculation and got out from the train .Asked some one the way to bus stand and started to walk .
Few people are standing on the road side but still I’m not finding any sign of busstop!! I asked a guy where is the bus stop ? He gave a strange look and replied this is the bus stop .I want to reconfirm may be my software mind is working now. Turned around next to me a dark man is standing, he may be around 25yr old .I changed the question now Will the Ambur bus stops here . Without opening his mouth he replied YES. After 5 min bus arrived I do not remember the color of the bus may be with red and blue but it’s a government bus . Once again Darvin theory got proved!! , every one jumped in .I got in and looks around for a seat nothing left. Kept my laptop and jerkin on the luggage self and found a comfortable place for standing .The bus conductor is shouting from the back side who ever got into the bus in the previous stop take the ticket first .I was thinking did I fall on this category or not ! Some time when you have doubt you should not ask your doubt so decided to wait for some time.
Started to look around, identified the dark man he got a seat!! On looking me he turned his face to the other side . Did he feel guilty?? May be because he was standing back to me on the bus stop theoretically I should get that seat .Most of the times theory doesn’t work in life.
Bus conductor is nearing me, he is wearing blue color shirt. I asked him Ambur how much? Without seeing me he replied 9 Rs and started to do something on his ticket machine .I was not expecting this 9 RS!! I did a calculation and though the ticket will cost me around 20 -25 Rs. For 35 KM I need to pay only 9 Rs .Still government make a profit from public bus transport!! I look around once again, all are ordinary people, their dress, their look ….every thing is very simple .Rs 9 is coming to my mind again . Is that I messed up the life and spending more in life?? Someone’s quote crossed my mind

Conductor was shouting again “all the by pass get down “ few seat become empty I the got seat .Took my book to read :).Its a short story about a Tiger & a Snail .The story goes like this …
This tiger know to write!, got caught in the forest and some one put it inside a cage along with other animals .All the animals are siting simply on their cage except this tiger .Day and night this tiger is roaming around the cage .
A small snail was watching this and asked to the tiger why you are roaming day and night? Tiger replied I’m not roaming but I’m writing Zero .This will remember me every day , every hour and every minute if I stay in this cage then my life also become Zero !! I want to get out of this cage as soon as possible .So to remember to myself I’m roaming all the time.
Something stuck me, I put myself on the Tiger Place .Slowly inside me I thought I too should not stuck on one place in life .Life is to explore!!
Reached Ambur bus stand and walked towards the hotel for morning break fast it’s around 10.10 AM . Inside the hotel the air is filled with ilayaraja music. My thought goes …Maestro music will get played some where in the world 24 X 7 all around the year. Ordered for idly and vadai .Normally while travelling I (most of the people) prefer idly, easy to digest. An old man served me the food, may be he was around 60+ I was thinking why this man need to work at this age? .Finished the break fast and came out and bought some magazine in the near by shop.
Took an auto, the place I need to travel now is closely packed with shop. Only one auto can go into this street. Crossed some meat shop animal are hanging upside down .I remembered the article which I read today morning , that the Karnataka government has proposed a law to safeguard COW!! If the law get passed then I believe no one can kill the cow in Karnataka!! Based on this a Bishop gave an interview in the news paper Food habit is associated with culture, every one got there rights to eat what they want .God has created every thing for man ….
I was thinking there are lots of issue to solve. Why only worrying about Cow, what about other animals??? .
On the way noticed the tailors are also busy than usual, may be because of Ramzan. On the street one more thing fall on my eyes, a pot was kept for collecting water, water got filled and running out from the pot and few people standing near by and watching that .They look very blank .I was thinking why they are wasting water!! Water is selling 12 Rs for a litre.
Stated my Work as usual from 10.30AM and finished at 5PM
Already booked my return ticket @ 6.30PM .Because of morning incident as chain reaction all the trains are running late today. My train is late by 2 hr .So decided to catch any train which stops in Bangalore .Noticed the announcement , due to delay some train is stoping in Ambur ( Normally this train do not stope at Ambur station I believe ).
Board the train @ 7 PM unreserved compartment, you can see different kinds of people here. Saw a place, its to keep the luggage .Without a second thought climbed like a monkey and jumped into that place .Once again Darvin theory got proved . Its kind of upper berth and the place is like a pigeon cage .Once I settled on that place I noticed the Fan is below me :( .Who cares reaching home on time is important .Open the magazine which I bought in the morning and started to read .Surprising there is a special article about Tamil culture, its about how people are still following the tradition etc … and keeping it alive .You guess is correct, I happy by reading this article :)and thought to keep the paper cutting safely.

Took the AC volvo bus to reach home from Railway station, for around 12 Km he is charging 25 Rs !! See the difference morning paid 9 Rs for 35 Km .Checked the ticket print out on the KM space it’s printing blank!! May be a software bug!!.Only 7 people are there on the bus .And one of the guy is reading Edward de Bono’s Six Thinking Hats .Once I started to read this book and dropped in-between it’s about management stuff. I got this habit if I see some one having a book then I use to make a note on that.
Going to signing off for the day, how many rambling thought in a day!!
