How to get an additional 1 month in a year!
Eric and Lindon are close friends but have a different attitude. Eric is a more organized guy. Lindon not that much-organized guy and struggle to wake up early in the morning. So he decided to take some advice from Eric the early raiser as Eric is up in the morning at 5:00 AM sharp.
So here is the advice what he got
1. When everyone decided to start the day early, they start the plan from morning example waking up at 5 AM, then do the important things etc.
Most of the time this fail, because if are going to bed late example by 11 PM then you are never going to make it at 5 AM. Your body needs the required rest, if this is not in the place then the chances are high-you may able to wakeup for a couple of days but not sustainable for a long period.
Try to plan as below , the plan is to start the previous day.
9:00-9:30 PM Go to bed
9:30-5:00 Sleep (7.5 hr sleep)
5:00 AM Wakeup
Plan your other activities
Give good rest to your body. We are talking about a habit which you need to sustain for a long period 40+ years. The average age of a human is 75+ years! So you need to give more importance to rest your body to function at peak performance.
2. Now the magic of getting the addition 1 month. Let us do the math. Say if the late raiser Lindon waking up by 7 AM every day and now decided to wake up at 5 AM ! then 2 hr per day additional and for 365 days X 2 hr = 1month additional!
Now you know why the leaders and great achievers are early raisers!
