One KM a day!

Health is wealth. To be fit, I started to walk 1 KM every day. As always good habit are not easy to start. So every day when I finish my work out, on the calendar I'm marking. It will show how discipline I’m.And in a week I try to cover 5 to 6 days.

If you watch any sports person life, you can see they are very regular on practice ground. During my school day my football coach use to say  practice make the man perfect!!
