Are you a (Corporate) Shepherd?

Few days back I saw a Shepherd crossing the road with around 50 sheep’s.And he was carrying one sheep not smaller one but bigger one along with him. The sheep might not well. He gives more attention especially when his sheep is weak.The meaning of Shepherd : A man employed in tending, feeding and guarding. As a leader are we doing this ?

• Are you keeping an eye and continuous monitoring system to tackle risk?

• If you are not there, did you have the second layer of leaders to take your company and to take forward?

• When the client is on the firing end, are you coming forward and taking the responsibility?

• Are you a mentor? Having the time / schedule to keep your team, to focus toward the mission statement of your organization.
