During my School days I got selected to play for my district football team, for category under 12 years old. Government call this team as “Catch Them Young “. Every day practice starts at 5PM .Warm up will go for 45 min, then the game for another 45-60 min. After 1.5 Hr you will be fully tired and you can see the sweating all over the body. This is the time every day your body refuse to take another step. You will be worn out fully. One of my friend use to work out extra during this time. He uses to run extra miles. We all stopped our football career at district level. In my apartment garden I got a small BALSAM plant, which use to give beautiful flowers. But it died too soon. One thing I did is I carefully collect all its seed and use to put that on a different pot. Now the new young plant is started flowering!! An old Chine saying is goes like this…. A man/woman has to do two things in life before he leave this earth He/she need to plant a tree and He /she has to write a book What we are leaving behind us?

We planned for a one day trip to Mysore . It was a warm and sunny day. Our first stop is at historical town Srirangapatna .Visited cenotaphs and summer palace of Tipu Sultan (1782–1799). “You need to read the history to understand the present “. 'Always there are lot of lesson from the past what we can learn. Next stop is at Mysore Zoo. Good place to visit along with your kids. Mysore Palace. You can spend around 2-3 hr here. The ever green Brindavan gardens. Nice place to spend your evening. And you can enjoy the musical Fountains in the night. It starts around 6.45 PM Over all it was a wonderful trip on a week end :)

Few days back I saw a Shepherd crossing the road with around 50 sheep’s.And he was carrying one sheep not smaller one but bigger one along with him. The sheep might not well. He gives more attention especially when his sheep is weak.The m eaning of Shepherd : A man employed in tending, feeding and guarding. As a leader are we doing this ? • Are you keeping an eye and continuous monitoring system to tackle risk? • If you are not there, did you have the second layer of leaders to take your company and to take forward? • When the client is on the firing end, are you coming forward and taking the responsibility? • Are you a mentor? Having the time / schedule to keep your team, to focus toward the mission statement of your organization. What is your take on this?

Tree needs a good place to grow. Closely watch in the early period on what area your kid show more interest. Help them to grow on that area. While growing focus is important; make sure they do not get distracted. Spend enough quality time to shape his/her feature. Health is wealth. To be fit, I started to walk 1 KM every day. As always good habit are not easy to start. So every day when I finish my work out, on the calendar I'm marking. It will show how discipline I’m.And in a week I try to cover 5 to 6 days. If you watch any sports person life, you can see they are very regular on practice ground. During my school day my football coach use to say  practice make the man perfect!!

It is nearly 2 years now I started to have some plants on my balcony. Those who have garden know that it is not easy task to have a garden. You need to take care of the plants every day.
