Organization and some of its strange behavior ……


1.Hiring Manager
I strongly believe managers always should evolve from the company. I do not still understand how they are hiring Manager .Minimum you need few years to understand the core value and system of any organization even its small or big. Why not give a opportunity for someone work with you for more year efficiently

2.Human Resource (HR)
HR Department are used only to process salary most of the time .Is this is all about HR. When people leave the organization on a regular interval, then how may organization have a data base where they can find the reason!!How many organizations have DB where they can fine someone working with them is waiting for a change inside the organization.

3.Bringing up the Right Resources
Managers are not giving opportunity for his below coworker to come up in the organization sounds common .somemanagers do this knowingly because if his junior come up than what happen to managers career .Are we are having a evaluation system to bring up the right and bright resources inside the organization .

4.Selection of the Right Candidate
How many times during a selection of candidate, we have put out personal interest back and did a fair selection on the interest of the organization. Ignoring color, cast & city.

Small things make big difference!!
