I shifted my house last week , few things I have to change


1.TV DISH Connection

I got a good feed back for Tata Sky , so decided to go for it , SOUTH Starter Pack ,

MY wife called customer service around 9.30PM , gave the order and paid through mobile . Few click of number in the mobile the Order is made !!

Courier boy came at noon and delivered the Hardware device .We called the customer care and gave the hardware Number .Got a reply local representative will call . With In 5 min we received a call from the branch office and they told technician will come at 5.30Pm . After that we received a confirmation by SMS with technician person mobile . He came on time and fix the receiver with in a Hr time .Every thing was fixed


All It take was 3 Days time !!


2.Internet Connection

My budget was 500 Rs per month , so did some search in google , there is a good offer from Tata 1499 Golden Plan , 4 Month No rental + HP Color Printer Free . Monthly around 800 Rs As this did not fit my budget , we gone for Airtel limited 499 plan . I have to pay 999 Rs ( no rental for 2 months ) , no installation charge


Executive came to our house on Saturday , collected the Documents . As we do not have a address prof on we told him we can send him to his mail ID on Wednesday .


Just now got a call from my Wife we got the connection !!


Only 3 Days ( 2 days delay from my side so its only 3 )


3.Need to Change the GAS connection address ( Indane )


We ask with the existing agent , he told give the regulator and he will give a receipt and give that to the agent in the new Place


1.If I give the regulator to Him Then How I will burn my gas stove in my house ???!!!!

2.He did not mentioned what document I have to reproduce to the new agent

3.He did not give the New agent address


I called the customer care , after many called only Ring is going no one to Pick the call, Finally some one pick


I asked her What Document I have to give to my New Agent . She gave some rubbish answer @#!!!! and disconnected the line

After 1 week of phone call , Still I have not got the Answer

Now you know why Private organisation is doing better than Goverment organization !!
