Fauja Singh – 101 year Old still running Marathons !!
Many lesson we can learn from Fauja Singh he is 101 year old and runs marathons!! On 22 July 2012 he got the loudest cheer when Fauja Singh carried the Olympic 2012 torch in London. He started to run at the age of 81!! And now his wish is to carry the Olympic torch during 2016 and he will be 105 year old then. If our waist size grows in an uncontrolled ratio then it is time to put some discipline in life. If you see a man with 6 months pregnant woman belly size then your judgement is correct life is too busy with less physical exercise.
