1.Hiring Manager I strongly believe managers always should evolve from the company. I do not still understand how they are hiring Manager .Minimum you need few years to understand the core value and system of any organization even its small or big. Why not give a opportunity for someone work with you for more year efficiently 2.Human Resource (HR) HR Department are used only to process salary most of the time .Is this is all about HR. When people leave the organization on a regular interval, then how may organization have a data base where they can find the reason!!How many organizations have DB where they can fine someone working with them is waiting for a change inside the organization. 3.Bringing up the Right Resources Managers are not giving opportunity for his below coworker to come up in the organization sounds common .somemanagers do this knowingly because if his junior come up than what happen to managers career .Are we are having a evaluation system to bring up the right

Its always nice and warm to be on the comfort zone .Doing the same work , travelling in the same way every day . I always admire AR Rahman life .If you closely watch his life journey we can understand on right time he broke the comfort zone and started new career .Here is one example . AR Rahman was working with mastro llayaraja .IIayaraja is a great music composer .Working with IIayaraja is like a big dream for many .In one side for AR Rahman it’s a great honor to work with him .But when time has changes ,AR Rahman broke the comfort zone from IIayaraja and explore new works .And he reached up to wining 2 Oscar !! now For a Ship its safe to be on the sea shore ,But Ships are not made for that !! In life its not good to be in safe and comfort zone always , lets chose to travel the untraveled place .

I’m Sorry its only a two word , most of time is very difficult to say .Because to say I’M SORRY some time we have to break our ego or we have to accept our defeat. Accepting the fault is a sign of correction. If we have the maturity in mind then its easy to say SORRY and keep moving ahead in life. Few days back I was travelling, on mid of the way in a hotel I met a boy around 16 Yr Old .He took my order .And he was more active. I had the below conversation with him which made me to think.. Are you going to school? The Boy –No Why you are not going to school ? The Boy – I tried but this complicated school lesson was very hard for me to understand .So I quit Some time I think knowing our limits is also very important . The good example for this is Sachin tendulkar.Even though he is a Very good cricketer .But his performance as a captain is very low .By know this quickly, he quit as captain .And concentrated more on his strength and remained as a Master Batsman, playing for India for more than 20 yr !! My Chairman use to Say “If you know to do something better and good, then you have stick to that and do more” . .

As we all know paper is made from trees .It is estimated that 10 – 17 trees required to produce 1 tone of Paper .Its approximately 7,000 copies of national news paper . So remember Every time when we use print out in office , indirectly we are cutting the trees.Let us try to avoid print document if its unwanted . Every solution human being give that lead to another Problem .We invented Car , which leads pollution .The Problem is the imbalance ,if we cut a tree then , 10 new trees has to be planted . I’m going to plant a tree this month, looking for a place .Let us hand over a Green , pollution free World to the next generation We never know the worth of water till the well is dry. ~Thomas Fuller .
