Turning Points: A Journey through Challenges by A P J Abdul Kalam

Image
This book is about the life of Dr. A P J Abdul Kalam during the president of India from 2002 - 2007. This is his second autobiography. The first one is the wings of fire . Many interesting things we can know from his book. ·          During his five years, he travelled more to villages than to cities in India. ·          Changes the president office into e-governance. ·          Talked about vision 2020 to make India as a developed nation - to as many students as possible. ·          He visited the riots hit place in Gujarat immediately after becoming president. What make Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam different from other? This what he said about Gujarat Visit? “I decided that my mission was not to look at what had happen, not to look at what was happening, but to focus on what should be done.” Beautiful book and I highly recommend to read this book.
