Image
Many lesson we can learn from Fauja Singh he is 101 year old and runs marathons!! On 22 July 2012 he got the loudest cheer when Fauja Singh  carried the Olympic 2012 torch in London. He started to run at the age of  81!! And now his wish is to carry the Olympic torch during 2016 and he will be 105 year old then. If our waist size grows in an uncontrolled ratio then it is time to put some discipline in life. If you see a man with 6 months pregnant woman belly size then your judgement is correct life is too busy with less physical exercise. "To  make money  we  lose  our  health , and then to restore our  health  we  lose  our money"   London Olympic 2012 is here; let us keep the sporting spirit alive within us!!

Lesson from Roger Federer -Wimbledon 2012

Image
Wimbledon 2012 was Roger Federer seventh title in  Wimbledon   !! . After wining the game he gave the interview. Question: Today new papers highlighted the importance of wining the game for you today and put more pressure on you. Roger Federer replied “Honestly speaking I have not read the news paper today!!!” What we consume every day is important. What we  read on news paper , watch TV … etc. Roger Federer stayed focused on his game. Not worried about what the world is writing about him. No wonder he rank world # 1 today and got 17 Grand Slam on his bag (as on 15-07-2012).
