I goolged and found the distance between Cuba & India . White – Management or Co Founder Red-Core Team Brown-Others Management or Co Founders ( White ) Management or Cofounder they are the gravity force of each small organization and they need to have the energy/ force to hold all the people. People on the White circle should not get dissolved , If they do then the damage will be more. The Core Team (Red) People who actually run the day to day business and those who are with the White team from the beginning , I call them as core team . Management has to identify people in their organization who are more efficient , hard working and keep adding them to the Red team . If Management can able to hold Red team for longer ,then the benefit will be more. Others (Brown) Less efficient workers & People who walk in and walk out easily , we cannot ignore them but we can identify them .The quicker they move out higher the benefit. A successful team beats with one heart

Understanding the Problem To understand others problem you need to listen and to listen you need have the patience .Once we understood the issue, then half the Problem is get solved. Put yourself on Clients or customers shoes and try to understand the issue. Someone said “Meeting is a place where everyone talk but no one will listen “ !!! Listen ,Listen ,Listen to your customer. Solving the Problem Knowledge is the awareness of fact ,truth, information .And wisdom is knowing where to apply knowledge . Keep thinking for new innovating ideas for solving the problems .And for new Ideas we need to learn .To learn new things ,we to hunt for information, quite more information is available in different media in the web , News ,Magazine ,books. The information what we understand become knowledge. We need to use our wisdom to apply knowledge to solve Problem. Keep thinking !! .

Extraordinary book ,I have finished reading half the book It's everything about Mumbai (Bombay), Life of common people in flats ,Politics , COPS and Crime … It’s a Nonfiction ,the narrative style will not allow you to keep this book without finishing all the pages .
